Suite a\u0300 la de\u0301claration de comple\u0301tude, la deuxie\u0300me enque\u0302te publique aura lieu entre le 1er et le 30 octobre. Le dossier modifie\u0301 re\u0301pond aux 65 conditions pose\u0301es par la commission de concertation bruxelloise. Afin d&rsquo;informer toutes les parties concerne\u0301es sur le projet modifie\u0301 en toute transparence, Nextensa organise deux se\u0301ances d&rsquo;information avec des visites guide\u0301es sur le site de Tour &amp; Taxis, le mercredi 8 octobre et le samedi 11 octobre. Le parc est bien su\u0302r conserve\u0301 et reste accessible au public. Des espaces verts supple\u0301mentaires sont pre\u0301vus sur le terrain actuellement vacant et imperme\u0301abilise\u0301. Le projet mise e\u0301galement pleinement sur la gestion de l&rsquo;eau en la stockant et en la re\u0301utilisant au maximum. Nextensa souhaite e\u0301galement poursuivre son engagement social au sein de Lake Side : environ 1 000 m2 supple\u0301mentaires seront destine\u0301s a\u0300 des initiatives sociales. Sport2Be, par exemple, s\u2019y installera.
